Nancy Cerbus, Managing Member

Nancy Cerbus has over 25 years of experience with small businesses and early-stage companies managing employees and operations. Her management areas have included full P&L responsibility, product development, vendor process, process improvement, client relations, human resources, sales, marketing and finance.

As a business consultant, her areas of expertise include human resources management (including hiring, coaching/mentoring and terminating), administration of retirement and health insurance plans, lease negotiations, management of vendors, vendor contracts and other consultants, phone and internet services, office equipment contracts, and office infrastructure for various types of professional firms including law, engineering, architectural and financial services.

Before launching PATH Business Consulting in 2009, Nancy served as Chief Administrative Officer of Private Club Links, an online social network startup, in the golf and private club space.

Prior to PCL, she developed products and marketed them for XSPAND, Inc., a specialty finance/ASP that targeted local government. Prior to XSPAND, she spent 12 years at Superior Information Services, a database company and public records data collection primarily serving the credit industry, where she was responsible for three business lines, serving the financial and legal markets.

A Philadelphia native, Nancy attended Temple University and graduated with a degree in Business Management, with a concentration in Finance and Legal Studies. She currently divides her time between offices in New Hope, PA and in New York City.  She enjoys spending time on the golf course, gardening, swimming and walks with her puppy.  She also makes time to mentor and volunteer for non-profits and sits on both private and non-profit boards.
